2009 Nationals Planning is underway. With this years site in North Charleston, SC, please see 3 additional amenities included in the Hotel stay at Embassy Suites.
1) Transportation to and from the airport.
2) Made to Order Hot Breakfast - Omelet Station.
3) 1 hour managers reception each day.
Currently, I am working with the North Charleston area to inquire about entertainment in the area. For those of you that are golfers, you have your pick of places.
Licensees will be receiving a planning form from me today.
Good luck to all teams and players at their qualifiers for this event.

Bruce and I have both been getting request for the schedule for Nationals.
Unfortunately, I have not still heard from all of the licensees, so until we know the turnout, we cannot come up with a schedule.
However, I understand some are booking flights, but I strongly suggest you be there for Sunday nights kick off party!
This party alone is just another corporate paid for event to welcome and congratulate the players. How many other leagues do that ? And have open tables at their event? These are the special things about TAP, that make us unique and a step above the rest, for you, the player.
Whether it is 8 ball or 9 ball, team or singles, you should not miss it!
In regards to Thursday's schedule - in the past Bruce has tried to have it wrapped up around 3:00 p.m. But again, we will not know that until we have the final numbers.
Players, if you want to pay to stay Thursday night, separate from your licensees National budget, we can work on getting you the same rate, with the hotel. You may have already taken the whole week off of work and if you are the winners, you may want to celebrate ! This will also give you some time to enjoy the discounts that are being worked on in the Charleston area, also.
Just some thoughts and suggestions. Looking forward to see you there ! Again, good luck to all as you enter the qualifiers for the event.

Sunday, Nov. 8th - Party
Monday, Nov. 9th - 7:00 a.m. Captains Meeting; 8:00 a.m. 8 Ball Team Start
Tuesday, Nov. 10th - 7:30 a.m. Captains Meeting; 8:00 a.m. 9 Ball Team Start
More detailed schedule to come when the National Director gets the team and singles counts. Deadline is October 16th for both team and singles registration.

Players - there are still some open spots on the singles brackets, both 8 ball and 9 ball.

After this time, the program will be going to print.

Yes, you can cancel your room at he backup hotel and we can book it at Embassy, you just need to coordinate with me.

The 2009 TAP Nationals Registration desk for all TAP Players to register into the event, will be available the following hours... Sunday, Nov. 8th - 9 A.M. To 9 P.M. Monday, Nov. 9th - 9 A.M. To 9 P.M. All Players must have their CURRENT TAP Membership Card in order to register into the event. Teams are encouraged to register together. Captains, please indicate you are the Captain of the team in order to get your program.
